Ingredients For stuffed shells -

1 lbhamburg
-
1large onion, chopped
-
1 clovegarlic, chopped
-
8 ozmozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 citalian bread crumbs

1/4 cchopped parsley
-
1egg
-
salt and pepper to taste

18giant shells
-
1 jarlarge spaghetti sauce or your own

1/3 cdry red wine (optional)

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make stuffed shells -

1Brown hamburg in skillet. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain, add onion and garlic. Cook about 3 minutes. Stir in mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, parsley and egg. Remove from heat.

2Cook shells in boiling salted water until aalmost tender. Drain and run under cold water so they will be easier to stuff. Use meat mixture to stuff shells

3Pour a layer of sauce over bottom of 9x13x2 pan. Place shells on top of sauce side by side in a single layer. Mix wine with remaining sauce (optional) and pour over shells. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
