Ingredients For stuffed manicotti
- PASTA STUFFING

2 1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese

6 ozchopped mushrooms

6 ozchopped black olives

2 tspitalian seasoning

1/4 tspground black pepper

8 ozdry, uncooked manicotti
- TOPPING
-
12 ozpasta sauce
-
1 1/2 cshredded mozzarella cheese
- OTHER
-
1 cwater
-
12 ozpasta sauce
How To Make stuffed manicotti

1Preheat oven to 375.

2Pour 12 oz. of pasta sauce into bottom of greased baking sheet. FILLING: Stir together filling ingredients. Stuff each uncooked pasta shell.

3Arrange stuffed pasta in a single layer in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top.

4Pour water into dish at one corner. Top with remaining cheese. Cover tightly with foil.

5Bake 1 hour 15 minutes. Allow dish to stand covered for 10 minutes before serving.
