Ingredients For stove top hamburger mac casserole

1 lblean ground beef

1onion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, pressed or minced

1 tspseasoning salt

1/2 tspblack pepper

8 ozwagon wheel pasta, or other small pasta shape

1 pkgranch seasoning mix

3 cbeef broth
-
1 csour cream
-
8 ozshredded cheese blend for mac n' cheese
How To Make stove top hamburger mac casserole

1If you can't find preshredded mac n' cheese blend, then substitute 1 cup shredded cheddar and 1 cup shredded velveeta.

2In a large deep skillet cook ground beef, onion, seasoning salt, and black pepper until beef is cooked through, stirring to break up meat.

3Add pasta, broth, and ranch seasoning mix. Bring to a boil, cover, cook over medium heat for 8 minutes stirring after 4 minutes.

4Remove from heat and add sour cream and cheese. Stir well. Serve immediately and enjoy!
