Ingredients For squash and sweet potato ravioli

  • 4-5
    sweet potatoes boiled until tender
  • 2
    acorn squash cooked
  • 3/4 c
    parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 c
    seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make squash and sweet potato ravioli

    Mix, well drained and mashed Squash, Potatoes, and bread crumbs. (The mixture should not be wet and easily formed in to soft quarter sized portions. Use a standard ravioli pasta recipe. Fill your ravioli pasta, cut and seal the edges. let pasta rest covered with a lightly floured kitchen towel (that is only used for food prep) Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil . Boil until tender must not mushy. Use a favorite pasta sauce. or try in a broth
