Ingredients For spinach tortellini with goat cheese cream sauce

1 pkgbertolli spinach & ricotta tortellini cooked according to package directions. drained

1 Tbspbutter

3 clovegarlic minced

1/4 cwhite wine
-
1 cheavy cream
-
4 ozgoat cheese
-
4 Tbspcold butter cut into chunks

salt to taste

fresh basil leaves for garnish
How To Make spinach tortellini with goat cheese cream sauce

1To make the sauce
Melt butter in a large saute pan. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the white wine and let most evaporate. -
2Add the heavy cream and goat cheese. Cook until goat cheese is melted. Whisk in the butter one piece at a time whisking until butter is melted and emulified into the sauce.

3Season with salt. Serve the sauce over the cooked tortellini and garnish with basil.
