I saw a picture on FB of a dish like this, but I made it my own version of it. Fresh vegetables, herbs from my garden, cheese, lot of fresh garlic. And a great meat sauce to pour over. It received rave reviews from my guys and I really liked it too.

Ingredients For spinach-tomato lassagna roll ups

1 lblean ground beef

1 jarspaghetti sauce
-
4 clovegarlic minced
-
salt & pepper
-
12lasanga noodles
-
1 1/2 cricotta cheese
-
1 cparmesan cheese
-
3 cshredded mozzarella cheese
-
6roma tomatoes
-
2 cfresh spinch
-
1/3 cfresh basil, chopped fine

salt and pepper
-
garlic powder
How To Make spinach-tomato lassagna roll ups

1Heat water to boiling

2Cook lasagna noodles for 10-12 minutes. Remove and drain.

3Place noodles in rows on lg cutting board

4Start by spreading ricotta cheese on each lasagna pasta

5Add other ingredients except sauce. Leaving 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.

6Roll up each one and place in a 9x13 pan

7Pour 2 cups of cheese on top of rolls

8Pour sauce all over the top. Bake in a 350F oven for 1 hr.
