Ingredients For spinach ricotta macaroni

1 boxmacaroni, cooked

1 1/2 pkgfresh spinach
-
1-12 ozricotta cheese, part-skim

1-16 ozstewed tomatoes
-
8 ozmozzarella cheese, chopped into cubes

1 tspgarlic, chopped

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make spinach ricotta macaroni

1Begin cooking macaroni. While the macaroni is cooking, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella, garlic, salt and pepper.

2Drain the macaroni and toss fresh spinach in the pot until it has just began to wilt. Then mix with ricotta mixture and stewed tomatoes. Serve and enjoy!

3Note: You can interchange the ingredients for full fat versions or fat free versions. Also, you can use any kind of macaroni you like. For the stewed tomatoes, you can use Italian style as well!
