Ingredients For spinach portobello linguini

  • 1 pkg
    spinach, fresh
  • 1 pkg
    portobello mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 clove
    garlic crushed
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 8 oz
    linguini, cut into pieces
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • salt/pepper to taste

How To Make spinach portobello linguini

    boil the linguini (cut into pieces)al dente (slightly firm to the bite)

    In a large saute pan on low, melt the butter and add the mushrooms and garlic, gently cook 5 mins, add the package of spinach, cover and turn off heat. The Spinach will wilt down, add the drained linguini pieces

    add the parmesan cheese and stir...season with salt & pepper
