1 pkgportobello mushrooms, sliced

3 clovegarlic crushed

2 Tbspbutter

8 ozlinguini, cut into pieces

1/2 cparmesan cheese

salt/pepper to taste
How To Make spinach portobello linguini

1boil the linguini (cut into pieces)al dente (slightly firm to the bite)

2In a large saute pan on low, melt the butter and add the mushrooms and garlic, gently cook 5 mins, add the package of spinach, cover and turn off heat. The Spinach will wilt down, add the drained linguini pieces

3add the parmesan cheese and stir...season with salt & pepper
