Ingredients For spicy shrimp paste chicken ramen

2boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into cubes

1 Tbsptomato paste

3 Tbspshrimp paste

1 Tbspchili garlic paste

1 Tbsppeanut oil

1 smcarrot thinly sliced

2scallions chopped

2 pkgramen noodles

3 cwater

4quail eggs

fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make spicy shrimp paste chicken ramen

1Place water in a large pot. Add the seasoning packets from the Ramen noodles. Place the oil in a wok or saucepan. Add the chicken and cook 3 minutes. Stir in the tomato paste, shrimp paste and chili garlic paste. Add a little of the Ramen water to the chicken mixture just to thin it out.

2Add the noodles, scallions, and carrots to the pot with water. Cook 3 minutes. Stir in the chicken mixture. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and crack the quail eggs into the hot broth.

3Serve immediately garnished with cilantro.
