How To Make spicy sausage pasta
-
1cut up sausage and cook a little bit in a large pot. remove sausage to a plate, in same pot add oil and butter (will depend on how much you need/want to make, I don't measure much when I cook like this and had to add oil and butter as I was preparing the dish). Add into the oil/butter mixture your garlic powder (or fresh if you have it), "slap ya mama" seasoning (or Tony Chacherie), parsley flakes, crushed red peppers, green peppers, onion and celery and let veggies cook down until soft. Meanwhile boil pasta of your choice (I actually had to use two different pastas because I didn't have enough of one type to feed my family and combined the two that I did have). After veggies are cooked down soft add the sausage back into the pot. If needed add oil or butter or both, you want enough that when you add your pasta and it absorbs some of the oil/butter you won't be left with a dry pasta dish. Serve onto plate and sprinkle with cheese of your choice. Ding Dong cake for dessert would have been perfect following this, see my other recipes if you want the recipe for the cake. Wish I had a slice about now. All measurements were to taste for my family, I literally did not measure anything. Sorry.
