This spicy sauce has a lot more kick than the average pasta sauce. i like to use veggie fettuccine for extra nutrients. It reheats fantastically and is a great way to use canned salmon instead of the same old croquettes.

Ingredients For spicy salmon pasta

12 ozfettuccine

3 Tbspolive oil

1 cdiced red onion

3/4 tspred pepper flakes

1 cansalmon (7.5-8 oz) drained

1 Tbspfinely chopped fresh dill

1 1/2 Tbspitalian seasoning

1 lbroma tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cwhite wine
-
to tastesalt

to tastepepper

4 Tbspchopped fresh parsley

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make spicy salmon pasta

1Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, toss with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Keep warm.

2Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large pan or wok over medium heat. Add onions. Cook, stirring until softened.

3Add red pepper, Italian seasoning, and drained salmon. Break up salmon. Stir in dill, tomatoes and wine and bring to a boil. Turn heat to low, simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Mound pasta on plates, top with salmon pasta sauce. Garnish with parsley and cheese.
