I like spicy foods so I experiment with spicy ingredients. This is one of my experiments that has become a favorite. I hope that others will give it a try as well.

Ingredients For spicy beef and pasta

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 12-16 oz
    bowtie pasta- cooked
  • 28 oz
    tomato juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz
    tomato sauce
  • mrs. dash extra spicy seasoning blend - to taste
  • 10-12 dash
    tabasco sauce

How To Make spicy beef and pasta

  • 1
    Cook pasta; meanwhile,brown beef with salt & pepper.
  • 2
    Add cooked pasta, tomato juice, and tomato sauce to beef mixture.
  • 3
    Add Mrs. Dash seasoning- liberally. Add Tabasco sauce. Let simmer 20 minutes. Serve.
