This is from a dear from of mine that my adult kids now have loved for years. You got to try it..delicious!!

Ingredients For speghetti pie

  • 6 oz
    uncooked speg
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
    beaten
  • 1 c
    cottage cheese
  • 1 (2cup) pkg
    mozzarella cheese, low-fat
  • 1 jar
    speg sauce- or i make my own
  • 2 Tbsp
    margarine- melted

How To Make speghetti pie

  • 1
    Cook and drain Speg
  • 2
    Add melted margarine, eggs,and parmasean cheese
  • 3
    Mix together and form crust in 10" pie plate
  • 4
    Spread cottage cheese evenly over speg crust
  • 5
    Pour sauce evenly over cottage cheese
  • 6
    Cover with mozzerella cheese
  • 7
    Cover with foil and refridgerate 2-24 hours
  • 8
    Leave foil on and bake 350 degrees for about 1 hour
