8 ozricotta cheese

1/2 cchopped fresh basil

How To Make spaghetti with ricotta basil sauce

1Sauce In a sauepan add the butter, basil, and Ricotta cheese. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and cook 2 more minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Set aside and keep warm.

2cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain. Melt the butter in another saucepan and add the garlic. Cook 1 minutes. Mix the garlic butter with the noodles.

3Plate the spaghetti and spoon the sauce over the top and add the Parmesan Cheese
