Ingredients For spaghetti with pesto

    water
  • 2 tsp

  • 120 g
    spaghetti
  • 10 g
    olive oil
  • 15 g
    butter
  • 30 g
    cream
  • 30 g
    pesto
  • a few
    Parmesan cheese powder
  • a few
    pine nuts
  • 1 pinch
    fresh basil leaf

How To Make spaghetti with pesto

    Put 1,200g water and 1 teaspoon of salt into the main pot.

    Put on the measuring cup and boil the materials at 10min/100°C/REV 1.

    Add spaghetti from the hole in the cover of the main pot.

    Boil the materials at 10min/100°C/B-REV 0.5 or until the spaghetti is cooked until it is chewy.

    Drain off water from the spaghetti with a simmering basket and put it into a large bowl.

    Add olive oil and mix it with the spaghetti slightly to prevent the spaghetti from sticking.

    Add 15g butter to the main pan.

    Melt the butter at 30sec/120°C/REV 1.

    Add 30g cream, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 30g pesto.

    Thicken the materials at 1.5min/120°C/REV 3.

    Before the spaghetti cools, add parmesan cheese powder, pine nuts, and the prepared pesto.
