My sister, Georetta Harris, has made this for years and it is very good. Great served with salad and garlic bread.

Ingredients For spaghetti pizza

  • 2 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 1 lb
    spaghetti
  • two 48 oz
    jars of spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    each of salt, garlic power, oregano and basil
  • 2
    eggs, beaten
  • 4 c
    shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz
    sliced pepperoni, enough to cover tops of two 9 x13 pans

How To Make spaghetti pizza

    Cook spaghetti in salted water and drain.

    Saute ground beef and drain, unless using very lean beef. Add spaghetti sauce and bring to a simmer for 10 minutes.

    In a large bowl, mix milk, spices, beaten eggs and half the mozzarella cheese together. Toss spaghetti with this mixture. Divide into two 9 x 13 inch pans (may be frozen at this point if keeping one for an extra) and bake for 15 minutes @ 350 degrees.

    Remove from oven. Cover with the meat sauce. Place pepperoni slices over the meat sauce then top with remaining cheese. Bake about 30 minutes @ 350 degrees until bubbling and cheese is lightly browned.
