Ingredients For spaghetti pie

  • 1/2 lb
    left over spaghetti with sauce
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/2 c
    milk
  • 1/4 c
    grated cheese (parm or romano)

How To Make spaghetti pie

    whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and grated cheese.

    to a hot skillet, add olive oil (to prevent sticking)and spaghetti to allow a delish brown crust to form. Pour egg and cheese mixture on top of spaghetti and allow to soak in and brown bottom for about 5 minutes.

    to flip the pie to the other side, hold a plate to skillet to flip over and then put back into skillet on other side and continue for about another 5 minutes. (might have to add more oil to brown other side.

    Once other side is browned, slide onto plate and cut into wedges. If dry, top with extra sauce. Enjoy!
