Ingredients For spaghetti pie

1 smonion, chopped

1 stalkcelery, chopped

1carrot, chopped

8 ozground beef

8 ozitalian sausage, no casings

24 ozmarinara sauce

1 Tbspred wine vinegar

8 ozspaghetti, cooked, drained

1 Tbsphalf & half
-
3eggs
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 1/2 cprovolone, shredded

fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make spaghetti pie

1Spray large skillet; heat over medium heat. Add onions, celery & carrots; cook, stirring often until softened, 2-3 minutes. Crumble in beef & sausage; cook, stirring until browned, 5 minutes. (At this point, I drain mixture and add back to pan.) Add sauce & vinegar; adjust heat to med-hi, bring to a boil then simmer 10 minutes.

2Transfer to a large bowl, stir in half & half.

3In a separate large bowl beat eggs with salt and pepper, stir in 1/2 cup cheese, then the spaghetti.

4Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over med-hi. Pour mixture into skillet and cook until bottom is slightly crisp, 5 minutes. Top with sauce mixture. Cover; cook until hot, 5-8 minutes.

5Remove from heat, sprinkle remaining cheese. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
