My whole family love's this recipe. It has just enough spice's to make it better than sitting down to spaghetti for supper from a jar which I did a lot. This only take's a few more minutes and it well worth the few minutes it takes to put together!

Ingredients For spaghetti casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1
    small onion chopped
  • 1
    red or green pepper chopped
  • 1
    12 oz. package thin spaghetti
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3/4 c
    shredded cheese
  • 1
    l2 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1
    14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes

How To Make spaghetti casserole

  • 1
    Brown ground chuck with onion and green pepper,drain grease. Add all the rest of the ingredients in pan and simmer. Boil noodles to el dente and drain, add meat mixture. Bake in a 9 by 13 greased pan in a 350 degree oven covered in foil for 30 minutes. Uncover add shredded cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
