Ingredients For spaghetti carbonara

  • 1 lb
    bacon
  • 1 lb
    spaghetti (angel hair)
  • 3/4 c
    freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • pepper

How To Make spaghetti carbonara

    Fry bacon until it is just crisp, drain on paper towel. Chop into bite size pieces. Cook spaghetti according to directions, drain the spaghetti well and pour into a warm serving dish. Toss pasta with bacon, cheese, butter and lots of black pepper,(I use up to a teaspoon full) do this for a few seconds allowing to cool slightly. Add the 2 eggs slightly beaten and stir until all the stands are coated. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
