Ingredients For spaghetti and meatballs

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground turkey
  • 3 clove
    garlic
  • 2 sm
    shallots
  • 2 lg
    pasta sauce
  • 1 pkg
    spaghetti pasta

How To Make spaghetti and meatballs

    In a large bowl, mix ground beef, ground turkey, diced garlic and shallots with a half a cup of spaghetti sauce.

    Roll mixture into balls the size of walnuts.

    Simmer sauce on low, drop the meatballs into sauce and cook for an hour, covered. Every few minutes, pick up the pot, in a twisting back and forth movement to stir the meatball and sauce. This is so you don't break any of the meatballs and they still get cooked thoroughly.

    Cook spaghetti noodles as directed and top with meatball and sauce.
