Ingredients For spaghetti and crabmeat

1/4 colive oil

1/4 csherry, spanish

1 ctomato sauce

14 oztomatoes

1 lbcrabmeat, fresh

1.5 cwater
-
1/2 tsppaprika
-
2 tspsalt
-
1 tsppepper
-
1/4 ccelery, chopped
-
1/4 cparsley, chopped

2garlic cloves, minced
-
1.5 conion, chopped
-
parmesan cheese, grated
How To Make spaghetti and crabmeat

1Saute onion, celery, garlic and parsley in oil until golden brown.

2Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, water and seasoning.

3Simmer over low heat for at least 1 hour.

4If longer simmering time (2-3 hours) is desired, add water to maintain desired consistency.

5Add crabmeat and sherry and simmer for 10 minutes.

6Cook and drain angel hair pasta (do not wash or rinse) and add to sauce.

7Place on serving platter and top with generous amount of fresh parmesan chese.
