Ingredients For southern goulash

1 lgonion -- chopped

1 lgbell pepper -- chopped

2 tspgarlic -- minced
-
2 (4 oz) canmushrooms -- drained

1 canrotel
-
1 jarragu spaghetti sauce

1 ctomato juice
-
1 lbground chuck
-
1 lbground sausage
-
1 mdbag of elbow noodles
How To Make southern goulash

1Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions.

2Saute the hamburger meat/saugage, onion, bell pepper, garlic, mushrooms in a skillet until the meat is brown.

3Drain the fat off. Add Ragu and Rotel to the meat. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 min.

4In a large pot, combine the noodles & meat mixture. Allow this to simmer for about 20 minutes. You may need a cup of tomato juice if it's too dry.
