I've been making this delicious, creamy mac and cheese for over 30 years. My family really loves it, especially when they're not feeling well. It's the perfect comfort food year-round. I've made many batches to deliver to college dorm rooms and neighbors. I think you'll like it, too. =)

2 celbow or similar sized macaroni

2 cmilk
-
3 Tbspflour

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/4 cbutter
-
8 ozvelveeta, cubed
How To Make macaroni and cheese (smooth & creamy)

1Cook macaroni and drain.

2In large, deep skillet, melt the butter and add salt and pepper. Slowly add flour over low heat stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.

3Gradually add milk and stir until smooth. Add cheese and melt slowly.

4Add drained macaroni and serve.
