My family loves crock pot meals and this is no exception. We have to customize many recipes due to food allergies so here is our version of beef stroganoff. This is very tasty!!!

Ingredients For slow cooker beef stroganoff

  • 2 lb
    beef stew meat
  • 1/2 clove
    garlic
  • 2 can
    condensed mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz)
  • 8 oz
    fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 8 oz
    sour cream
  • 6 c
    hot cooked noodles or rice

How To Make slow cooker beef stroganoff

    In skillet lightly brown stew beef with salt, pepper, garlic and mushrooms. Put in slow cooker and add soups.

    Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 10 hours or until beef is very tender.

    Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir sour cream into beef mixture. Serve over noodles.
