So I adopted this recipe! I will be making this this weekend and seeing what it needs to pass my family's test!

Ingredients For skillet lasagna

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 can
    tomato sauce, 8 ounces
  • 16 oz
    tomatoes, crushed
  • salt
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 8 oz
    lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 1 lb
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkg
    spaghetti sauce mix, 1 1/2 ounces
  • 8 oz
    mozzarella cheese, shredded

How To Make skillet lasagna

  • 1
    Brown meat in fry pan and sprinkle with half spaghetti sauce mix.

    Spoon ricotta over mixture and cover with half the noodles.

    Add seasonings, tomatoes, tomato sauce and water.
  • 4
    Lay on remaining noodles.
  • 5
    Push down slightly to moisten.
  • 6
    Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 35 minutes or until noodles are tender.

    Sprinkle cheese over top, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
