Ingredients For skillet goulash

1 lblean ground beef

1/2 conion, chopped

16 oztomatoes, canned

1/2 ccelery, chopped

1/2 cwater
-
1 1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
-
1/8 tspbasil leaves
-
1 1/2 csmall elbow macaroni (uncooked or par boiled)

1 cansweet whole kernel corn
How To Make skillet goulash

1Cook and stir the meat and the onion in a large skillet until the meat is brown.

2Drain off the excess fat.

3Stir in the tomatoes (with the liquid) and remaining ingredients, stirring to break up the tomatoes.

4Heat to boiling, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender, about 20 minutes.

5A small amount of water can be added if necessary.

6Serve hot.
