Ingredients For shrimp scampi my way

  • 1/2 box
    angelhair pasta
  • 1 lb
    shrimp, peeled and deveined fresh precooked or frozen thawed
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil
  • 3-4 clove
    fresh garlic
  • 1 bunch
    fresh parsley
  • 1/2 jar
    black olive tampenade

How To Make shrimp scampi my way

    Cook angel hair according to pkg directions.

    heat olive oil and butter, until butter is melted, add grated fresh garlic, black olive tampenade, and shrimp, cook until shrimp are done 5-6 minutes, if you are using fresh shrimp till pink and curled. To this add the fresh chopped parsley. Stirring constantly. Being careful not to overcook your shrimp. If you use frozen shrimp thaw first, and remove tails.

    Plate your pasta, top with shrimp mixture, being sure to use up the delightful sauce.
