Here is a low-fat recipe for Shrimp Scampi. It was my first attempt at cooking with frozen shrimp and I say it turned out good. My hubby is used to having sauces on pasta and he said the light saucey stuff on this is good :)

Ingredients For shrimp scampi

8 ozangel hair pasta or pasta of your choice

1 3/4 cchicken broth

2 clovegarlic, minced

1/4 tsplemon-pepper seasoning

1/4 cchopped green onions, divided

1/4 cminced fresh parsley, divided

1 lbuncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
How To Make shrimp scampi

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine the broth, garlic, lemon pepper, and 3 TBSP. each green onions and parsley. Bring to a boil. Add shrimp; cook for 3-5 minutes or till shrimp turn pink.

3Drain pasta and place in a serving dish. Top with shrimp mixture and remaining onions and parsley. Enjoy!
