Ingredients For shrimp primavera

3tomatoes, peeled and diced or

2 candiced tomatoes

1/2 cwater

1/4 conions, finely chopped

2 Tbspfresh basil, chopped

1 lbshrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined

1/3 cparmesan cheese, grated
-
1 cmushrooms, sliced
-
1/3 ctomato paste
-
1/4 cfresh parsley
-
1 tspsugar
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1-2 clovegarlic, minced
-
1 lbfresh asparagus, cut into 2-3 inch spears

1 lbdry fettuccine
How To Make shrimp primavera

1In medium saucepan, combine tomatoes, mushrooms, water, tomato paste, onion, parsley, basil, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic.

2Boil gently, uncovered about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3Add the shrimp, heat through.

4Meanwhile, boil the noodles according to package directions. Add the asparagus for the last 3 minutes of cooking, drain.

5Toss pasta and sauce together and serve. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
