Ingredients For shrimp & mussel creamed scampi

14raw shrimp, peeled

14 mdmussels

1 smred bell pepper
-
1 smyellow bell pepper

1 smonion

1 Tbspseafood seasoning i prefer feiny's chesapeake bay rub

2cloves garlic minced

1 dashlemon juice
-
2 dashsriracha
-
1/4 ccream
-
2 Tbspparsley, italian

8 ozlinguine, uncooked
How To Make shrimp & mussel creamed scampi

1Wash and Cut Peppers and Onion. Set aside. Hot Pan. Medium heat. Add Oil then Peppers and Onions. Let cook for 3 minutes. Add Shrimp and Mussels. Add Rub garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add Cream and Sriracha

2In a 2nd pot, boil water and add pasta. Cook until al dente. Strain and add to Seafood Mixture

3Add Lemon Juice and Parsley.STEP 4 PLATINGPlace half into 2 different bowls. top with Lemon and Parsley. ENJOY.
