Ingredients For shrimp & mussel creamed scampi

  • 14
    raw shrimp, peeled
  • 14 md
    mussels
  • 1 sm
    red bell pepper
  • 1 sm
    yellow bell pepper
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 1 Tbsp
    seafood seasoning i prefer feiny's chesapeake bay rub
  • 2
    cloves garlic minced
  • 1 dash
    lemon juice
  • 2 dash
    sriracha
  • 1/4 c
    cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    parsley, italian
  • 8 oz
    linguine, uncooked

How To Make shrimp & mussel creamed scampi

    Wash and Cut Peppers and Onion. Set aside. Hot Pan. Medium heat. Add Oil then Peppers and Onions. Let cook for 3 minutes. Add Shrimp and Mussels. Add Rub garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add Cream and Sriracha

    In a 2nd pot, boil water and add pasta. Cook until al dente. Strain and add to Seafood Mixture

    Add Lemon Juice and Parsley.STEP 4 PLATINGPlace half into 2 different bowls. top with Lemon and Parsley. ENJOY.
