here is my fav shrimp and pasta recipe..........and it is easy to make

Ingredients For shrimp linguine

  • 1 lb
    shrimp,peeled keep peel
  • 1/2 lb
    linguine, uncooked
  • 1/4 lb
    fresh button mushrooms
  • 1 md
    bulb of garlic,grated fine
  • 2+2 Tbsp
    margarine
  • 2 tsp
    dried parsley

How To Make shrimp linguine

    peel shrimp put shrimp in bowl cover put in fridge now take peel and put in med sauce pan add water to cover bring to boil[add any seasonin u want to] simmer on low bout 15 min til u get a good shrimp broth

    now take all the peels from the broth add pasta cook it by pkg direction

    while pasta cooks put 2T margarine in fry pan let melt that add mushrooms and garlic and parsley cook til mushrooms release there juices turn off

    once pasta is cooked drain well in that pan but other 2T margarine add shrimp cook jus til they turn pink add pasta and mushroom mix stir well serve

    i served this with tossed salad,corn and triple berry crisp
