Ingredients For shrimp and fettuccine

  • 1/2 lb
    fettucine, uncooked
  • 1 lb
    thawed raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2-3 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 3-4 sm
    fresh sweet peppers red or yellow
  • 3/4 c
    chopped fresh green onions
  • 2 dash
    italian seasoning
  • 10-12 md
    sliced fresh grape tomato
  • 5 Tbsp
    evoo
  • 4 Tbsp
    salted butter
  • 3 pinch
    fresh chopped cilantra
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • asiago cheese, grated

How To Make shrimp and fettuccine

  • 1
    prepare pasta like normal. using water,3 tbsp evoo,pasta.when almost done, set aside 1 cup of water from pasta. when done drain but don't rinse. return to pot and set aside.

    melt butter in saucepan add 2 tbsp evoo, add garlic,onions,peppers, saute until tender. add 1 cup of broth from pasta. add tomatoes and seasonings. when tomatoes are almost done add shrimp and stir frequently until shrimp are nice and pink.

    incorporate shrimp and mixture with the pasta and toss lightly. serve topped with grated Asiago cheese
