How To Make shrimp alfredo

Cook your pasta. Drain & set aside. Cook alfredo sauce in a pan, add the Mexican cream or sour cream. (at the time had Mexican cream & tried it) This will make your sauce more creamy & delicious! Once hot, set aside.

Next take your frozen shrimp & put it in a bowl with warm water enough thaw it out. Then drain. Take that same bowl to use to put the olive oil over the shrimp, you want just enough to help your seasoning to stick to the shrimp. Salt, pepper, Cajun OR seasoned salt (didn't have Cajun so made do with seasoned salt) Toss in a skillet & cook on medium to high heat for about 5 to 10mins. For the seasonings to really cook into the shrimp.

There will be juice from the shrimp.. Drain that out. That will make your sauce too watery.. Pour the shrimp,& alfredo sauce into your drained pasta. Stir it up.. Add some salt & pepper. Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top!
