This is so easy to make. And sooo yummy. I usually make some crab ragoons to go w/ this.

Ingredients For sherry's lo-mein

1/2 lbvermicelli pasta

3 Tbsppeanut oil, divided

2 Tbspsesame oil

3 Tbsplite soy sauce

1 tspsugar

1 tspcornstarch
-
1/2 tspground ginger
-
3 tspminced garlic

4scallions, chopped

1/2 cdiced red bell pepper
How To Make sherry's lo-mein

1Cook pasta as directed, drain. In small bowl, combine 2 tbsp peanut oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, ginger and garlic. Mix well.

2In wok, or lg skillet, heat 1 tbsp peanut oil over med-high heat. Add scallions and red bell pepper. Saute for 2 mins.

3Add pasta and stir fry for 2 mins. Pour sauce into skillet, toss well. Cook until heated through and slightly thickened.
