every yr for my birthday i come up with a new dish... i lov seafood as well as pasta so i thought i'd give this a try let me know what ya think....

Ingredients For seafood roll-ups

  • 1 lb
    med raw shrimp
  • 1 bottle
    minced clams with juice
  • 1 lb
    imitation crabmeat
  • 2-3 md
    talapia, filets
  • 1/2 box
    lasagna noodles,cooked...bout 12
  • 1 pkg
    [16 oz] low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 bunch
    green onion,sliced fine
  • 3 pkg
    different 8 oz pkg mushrooms,chopped/sliced
  • 1 pt
    heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried chives
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley
  • 1 pkg
    [8 oz] cream cheese,room temp

How To Make seafood roll-ups

    put cottage cheese in food processor add chives.pulse til creamy and smooth put in bowl cover put in fridge while ya get seafood ready....

    cut fish into bite size pieces..cook in small amount of oil add shrimp cook til pink add crabmeat and clams and juice.. cool add to cottager cheese mix

    now take all mushrooms and cut into small pieces slice green onions.....in oil cook all mushrooms and the onions add garlic powder.mix well add cream cheese and heavy cream stir til smooth and creamy

    have lasgna warm and bliable lay on flat surface put seafood mix over all roll up like jellyroll put in `13x11 bakin dish keep doin the rest of the noodles

    then pour mushroom sauce over all noodles makin sure to cover all sprinkle with parsley bake at 325 for 30-40 min

    i will serve this with a fresh fruit salad,steamed broccili and a dessert
