Ingredients For seafood lasagna

8lasagna noodles, uncooked

2 Tbspbutter
-
1 cchopped onion
-
8 ozpkg. cream cheese, soften, (i use light)

1 1/2 ccreamed cottage cheese

1egg, beaten
-
2 tspbasil
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
2 can(10 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1/3 cmilk
-
1/3 cdry white wine
-
5 ozcanned crab meat
-
1 lbshelled shrimp, deveined and cooked

1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
1/2 cshredded, sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make seafood lasagna

1Cook noodles. Place 4 noodles in a 9x13 in. pan. Cook onion in butter. Add cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.

2Spread 1/2 of mixture over noodles. Combine soup, milk and wine. Stir in crab and shrimp. Spoon 1/2 mixture over cheese layer.

3Repeat all layers. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and place in fridge until ready to bake.

4Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with sharp cheese, brown under broiler and let stand mintues before serving.
