This is a quick, easy recipe for Alfredo sauce that I found in Parade magazine years ago. You can substitute the seafood for chicken and add your favorite veggies as well.

Ingredients For seafood fettucini

2 Tbspbutter or margarine

4 tspflour

1 1/2 chalf and half
-
1/4 cgrated parmesan cheese

12 ozshrimp or crab meat

6 ozfettucini

1 Tbspfresh parsley, chopped
How To Make seafood fettucini

1Cook fettucini according to package. While cooking... Melt butter, stir in flour. I prefer to use a whisk to stir so that there are no "lumps". Gradually add half and half, stir until thickened. Add Parmesan; cook and stir until smooth. Fold in seafood, heat 3 mintues, stirring occasionally. Toss fettucini with sauce, sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
