I was going through my recipes and found this, haven't made it in a long time, but plan on making it tonight. If I remember correctly, this is a fabolous seafood dinner.

Ingredients For seafood cannelloni

  • 1
    8 oz pkg, ( 12 canneloni's,) canneloni pasta
  • 1 c
    low-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1
    egg yolk
  • 1/4 c
    fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c
    fresh, chopped oregano
  • 1 lb
    fresh crabmeat, crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • /2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    paprika

How To Make seafood cannelloni

    Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook pasta as directed, drain. In lg bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg yolk, parsley, oregano, crab, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

    Fill each canneloni w/ some of the crab mix and place in baking dish. Sprinkle canneloni w/ remaining parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 15-20 min, or until bubbly.
