4 clovegarlic

1 mdonion diced

1/2 cdry white wine

1/2 cgrated romano cheese

1 cclam juice

16sea scallops
-
salt and pepper

1 lblinguine pasta

2 Tbspfresh parsley chopped
How To Make scallop scampi

1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain

2In a skillet add the butter and saute the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the wine and d1/4 cup of the cheese. Add the clam juice and bring to a boil

3Add the scallops and boil turning them once for 8 minutes.

4Plate the linguine and pour the scallops and sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese
