Ingredients For sausage lasagna

1 lbbulk pork sausage

1 jarspaghetti sauce
-
1/2 cwater
-
3eggs, beaten
-
3 c(24 ounces) 4% cottage cheese or ricotta cheese

1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
1-2 Tbspdried parsley flakes
-
1/2 tspeach garlic powder, pepper, dried basil and oregano

9uncooked lasagna noodles
-
3 c(12 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make sausage lasagna

1In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, drain.

2Stir in the spaghetti sauce and water. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.

3In a large bowl, combine the eggs, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley and seasonings.

4Spread 1/2 cup meat sauce into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish. Layer with 3 noodles and a 1/3 of the cheese mixture, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers twice.

5Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover; and bake 10 minutes longer. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving,
