Ingredients For salmon casserole

  • 1 can
    pink salmon
  • 1 can
    cream of onion soup
  • 1/2 can
    (soup can) milk
  • 4
    eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • 1 pkg
    (16 oz.) frozen peas, or broccoli
  • 1 pkg
    (16 oz.) shellroni cooked
  • 1 c
    potato chips, crushed
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper

How To Make salmon casserole

  • 1
    Drain and debone salmon.
  • 2
    Combine salmon, soup, milk, salt, pepper,chopped hard boiled eggs, frozen peas or broccoli, and cooked shellroni. Mix well.
  • 3
    Pour into 2 quart casserole, and sprinkle with potato chips and shredded cheese.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes, uncovered.
