A perfect summer salad. Great for potlucks, too. Serve with BBQ instead of potato salad or cole slaw. It gets better the longer it marinates in the refrigerator, so plan on making ahead of time.

Ingredients For rotini salad

  • 3 c
    tri color rotini pasta, cooked, drained, and cooled
  • 1 c
    feta cheese
  • 1 c
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 c
    cucumbers, chopped
  • 1/2 c
    black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 c
    kraft zesty italian dressing
  • 1 1/4 c
    finely chopped red onions

    Combine ingedients. Refrigerate one hour.
