I made up this recipe when I wanted a really good meat sauce for pasta, but couldn't get to my favorite italian restaurant.

Ingredients For robin's marvelous meat sauce for pasta

2 lblean ground beef or ground bison

4 clovegarlic, minced
-
10 ozbaby portebello mushrooms, sliced

3 Tbspolive oil
-
3 cancrushed tomatoes (28 oz. each can)

1 cantomato paste (12 oz.)

1 cwater
-
1 tspsea salt
-
2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
-
1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes
-
2 tspitalian seasoning
-
1/8 tspcelery salt
-
1 tspgarlic salt
-
1/2 tspground black pepper
How To Make robin's marvelous meat sauce for pasta

1Heat olive oil in a large pot (on medium high), brown the ground beef (drain off fat if necessary). Add the minced garlic and all other herbs & seasonings to the pot. Continue to cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

2Add crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, and water & stir well. Turn the heat to low & simmer for about 1 hour. Stir as needed. Serve over your choice of pasta noodles.
