Ingredients For roasted pepper pasta

  • 1 jar
    16oz roasted peppers
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    crushd red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar
  • 1 sm
    handful of fresh parsley chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 box
    fancy pasta( bow ties, ziti, rotelle)
  • 1 c
    starcy water or stock

How To Make roasted pepper pasta

    1.Heat large pot of water with salt to boiling

    2. Put in Pasta and cook to al dente

    3. Heat olive oil , garlic, red pepper flakes in sauce pan

    4, Puree roasted peppers add to pan with parley and balsamic vinegar salt and pepper Simmer on low heat for 15 min. add cooking liquid Pour over cooked pasta
