Ingredients For roasted garlic shrimp pasta

  • 1 lb lb
    large cleaned deviened shrimp, cut in pieces
  • 4 clove
    garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 1 tsp
    lemon zest, grated
  • 1 tsp
    parsley flakes or basil to garnish

How To Make roasted garlic shrimp pasta

    Dice garlic add to melted butter, crushed pepper until golden brown, add shrimp with lemon zest slow cook for 10-15 minutes the add oil and stir while bowtie pasta is cooking. Once pasta is el dente drain then toss in to mixture, its done and delicious, and can also have italian bread dipped in oil and bake in open til brown. Enjoy with wine of choice.
