Who doesn't love roasted vegetables? My parents love tending their massive Garden! This is such a great, tasty Combo. Serve with fruit salad.

Ingredients For roasted broccoli with lemon tortelini

  • 3 c
    broccoli flowerettes and stems
  • 20 oz
    refridgerated or frozen tortelini pasta
  • 1 md
    lemon
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic parsley salt
  • grated parmasan

How To Make roasted broccoli with lemon tortelini

    In a large bowl toss Broccoli in Olive Oil, Coating completely. Squeeze lemon and sprinkle Garlic salt. Toss again.

    Preheat oven to 400. Secure a sheet pan and cover with foil. Spread Broccoli onto pan evenly. Bake 25 min.

    In a 5 quart pot, bring water to a rapid boil, add in pasta. cook 5-7 min. Drain pasta.

    When Broccoli is done roasting, spoon over pasta. Grate parmesan over each individual portions.
