Ingredients For rigatoni ala fresco

1 boxrigatoni pasta, cooked

1 cpasta water reserved,maybe more if needed

1 bunchbroccoli rapini blanched

1 jarred roasted peppers sliced

4-5 clovegarlic

1 cfresh italian parsley chopped

1 cfresh basil leaves torn

2 cdiced fresh tomatoes

2 cfresh grated romano cheese
How To Make rigatoni ala fresco

1Toss together all of the above ingredients but saving the fresh herbs for garnish. Grilled sliced chicken breast can be added along with fresh mozzarella cheese. For added flavor sprinkle with additional grated cheese too!

2A very good addition s a fresh tossed salad and some good crusty bread with butter. Don't forget the red wine,enjoy!
