By far one of the easiest recipes I have ever made and a HUGE hit with everyone! Consider adding meat such as Italian sausage for those that thing cheese and noodles isn't a meal.

Ingredients For red and white tortellini

  • 1 pkg
    frozen tortellini
  • 1 jar
    spaghetti sauce
  • 1 jar
    alfredo sauce
  • 2 c
    mozzarella cheese

How To Make red and white tortellini

    Preheat oven to 350
  • 2
    Put a pkg of frozen tortellini (no need to cook first or even thaw) in a 9x13 pan.

    Add 1 cup of water and a jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce to the tortellini and stir well. Drop spoonfuls of your favorite Alfredo sauce on top of that then cover with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.

    Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
