Ingredients For ranch mac n cheese

  • 3 c
    gemelli pasta
  • 1 can
    evaporated milk
  • 1 c
    hidden valley original ranch light with sour cream dressing
  • 2
    eggs, slightley beaten
  • 3 c
    grated asiago cheese
  • 1/2 c
    unseasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How To Make ranch mac n cheese

    Preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to pkg. directions. Rinse and drain. In a medium bowl, whisk evaporated milk, dressing and eggs together until smooth. Fold in the cheese. Ad the cooked pasta mixture into an oiled quart casserole. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle on top of pasta. Bake for 20 -25 minutes, until the top is nicely browned.
